Your permitted research use
For the duration of your authorised access, Lucentra grants the registered user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the platform and included exports for their own internal professional research, including research for their employer. This permission is subject to these terms, applicable law and third-party rights; it does not establish exclusive ownership of publicly reported facts.
You may analyse figures and create internal research notes with appropriate attribution. Sharing account access, distributing the dataset to a team or client, publishing substantial extracts, reselling, sublicensing or using automated bulk extraction requires a separate permission or another applicable legal entitlement. Contact us for a team or redistribution arrangement. Nothing here overrides a publisher's open licence or a statutory right.
Preserve evidence and scope
Keep supporting source references, reporter, currency, unit, period, territory and product/family scope when copying a figure. Retain material warnings and distinguish reported amounts from calculations. Do not present regional revenue, royalties or a combined family as worldwide sales of a single drug. If citing the platform, identify Lucentra Intelligence and the retrieval date alongside the underlying reporting source.
Third-party rights and platform material
Company filings, publisher content, names and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Linking a disclosure is evidence attribution, not endorsement, permission to republish the document, or a guarantee of commercial reuse rights. We grant only rights we are entitled to grant. Public availability alone does not establish unrestricted reuse.
Lucentra's branding, software, presentation and original analysis are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Do not remove attribution or imply endorsement by Lucentra or a source publisher. Public redistribution and reuse of source documents must be assessed separately from account access.
Corrections and rights concerns
Send suspected data errors or rights concerns to contact@lucentraintelligence.com with the affected result, source and a description of the issue. Do not send confidential third-party material unless you have authority to share it. We can investigate and restrict affected material where appropriate.
