The service and these terms
These terms govern the preliminary Lucentra Intelligence historical drug revenue platform operated by a sole proprietorship in India. You accept them when registering. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any organisation you represent. The privacy notice explains personal-information handling; the data use policy sets out permitted research use.
This is a preliminary service with variable coverage and availability. Website visitors can browse the public pages and create a free account. A verified account is required to unlock and view drug research results. Forecasting and individual drug reports marked coming soon are not included or promised for a particular date.
Accounts and free allowance
Use accurate details, verify your email and keep credentials confidential. Access is for the account holder. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Do not share credentials, circumvent limits, create repeated accounts for free allowances, scrape or automate bulk extraction, overload the service or attempt unauthorised access.
A new eligible account receives 1 free successful drug unlock. Existing balances and unlocked results are retained. You can request one additional free unlock after using your access; requests require individual approval and are not guaranteed. A failed search or result without usable revenue does not consume an allowance. Reopening an unlocked saved result, viewing its included supplementary panels or downloading an included export does not consume another unlock. An unlock may contain several clearly labelled reporting scopes.
Research and availability limitations
Results are snapshots of information available at retrieval. Coverage, definitions, currencies, territories, product groupings and fiscal periods can differ. Missing data is not zero. Review result caveats and original disclosures before relying on a figure. Supplementary pricing, Medicare and patent information has its own scope and is not necessarily a current market price, global estimate or loss-of-exclusivity date.
The service is research information, not investment, medical, legal or other professional advice. We do not promise error-free results, uninterrupted availability, permanent saved storage or future updates. We investigate reported discrepancies and may correct results or explain limitations. We do not guarantee a particular financial or commercial outcome.
Charges, restrictions and account closure
Signup requires no card and creates no recurring subscription. Live payment collection is disabled in this release. A future paid offer must identify its price, taxes, scope, duration, renewal and refund terms before you agree to pay; it requires a separate affirmative purchase.
We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security, suspected abuse, unlawful activity or a breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us about an error. You may stop using the service and request account closure by email. Any applicable paid-access rights and statutory remedies remain protected.
Responsibility, changes and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from decisions you make without appropriate independent verification. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or wilful misconduct. There is no blanket waiver of your rights.
Material changes will be notified before they apply. Revised commercial terms will not silently remove rights already purchased. Applicable law and competent dispute forums are determined under the law that applies; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or compulsory arbitration on you.
