No live payments in this release
The current preliminary platform does not collect live payments or card details. Creating an account does not start a subscription, recurring debit or paid trial. No card is needed for the included free searches. Contacting us about future access does not itself authorise a charge.
Search allowance corrections
One successful new drug unlock uses one allowance. A failed or unavailable search, reopening an already unlocked result, included supplementary views and included exports do not use another unlock. If a deduction appears incorrect, email contact@lucentraintelligence.com with your account email, drug name and approximate time. We will investigate and correct an erroneous deduction. Do not send account passwords or card information.
Before any future paid offer
We will provide the seller's details, total price and currency, applicable taxes, included credits or access, duration, any expiry or renewal conditions, delivery expectations and cancellation/refund terms before purchase. A payment-provider connection or paid subscription will not be activated merely by these policies. Future checkout must obtain your affirmative purchase instruction.
Unfulfilled or incorrect charges
If an agreed payment is ever taken without the agreed access being delivered, or you identify an incorrect charge, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the missing access or the remedy required by the offer and applicable law. No blanket no-refund rule applies. Any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, dispute or consumer rights remain available; this page does not shorten a statutory deadline. Exact processing times and the payment route will be explained for the particular paid offer.
